- You have deep knowledge of O2C cycles but feel equally at home performing complex BS reconciliations.
- You are a power-user in SAP S/4HANA, Jira, and Excel.
- You are service-minded and communicative, capable of managing diverse stakeholders with ease.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or similar). Experience in multinational companies or SSC environments is your "unfair advantage".
- You have native/business-level German (essential for authority contact) and are fluent in English
Deine Aufgaben
- Act as the primary strategic interface between our local Vienna teams and our international Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Monitor the precision of billing runs, refunds, and Jira ticket resolutions to ensure uninterrupted and seamless operational workflows.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to both UGB and IFRS.
- Provide essential assistance during external audits by preparing documentation, performing Balance Sheet (BS) reviews, and ensuring account reconciliation integrity.
- manage all official reporting to Austrian authorities, including the processing of wage garnishments (Pfändungen) and insolvencies, as well as maintaining direct correspondence with the Austrian Tax Authorities and Statistik Austria.
- Lead O2C-related projects and perform root-cause analyses to close process gaps and drive efficiency.
