Dein Profil
- Ability to understand, structure, and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and capability to bridge banking requirements to IT
- Solid overview over a wide range of development and integration technologies, architecture frameworks and database systems
- Strong skills in modeling and optimizing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML)
- Solid technical understanding to evaluate and support IT solutions is essential
- Willingness to take active responsibility in the operational lifecycle of solutions and ensure their continuous improvement
- You enjoy thriving innovation and change, rethinking legacy systems or experimenting with emerging technologies
- Senior profile with relevant experience in one or more fields such as business analyses, IT architecture, IT operations, Lending Products design and development
- Assertive mindset, good coordinator and cross-team communication strengths
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile ways of working is advantageous
Deine Aufgaben
- Define and maintain architecture principles, target states, and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology layers for the Lending Tribe in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, aligning initiatives with architectural standards and long-term goals
- Guide and review solution designs, ensuring alignment with architecture blueprints and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security)
- Evaluate emerging technologies, lead PoCs, and drive architectural improvements across CI/CD, security, documentation, and operational resilience
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and compliance experts to ensure architecture compliance and knowledge sharing. Ensure alignment to Enterprise Architecture standards
