Dein Profil

  • You are a seasoned digital marketing expert who not only understands and interprets data but also uses it to actively optimize campaigns and drive digital success.
  • You’re passionate about taking campaign performance to the next level and bring the following qualifications and traits:
  • A degree in business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing or as a digital campaign manager (multichannel), ideally in eCommerce or on the agency side
  • Deep understanding of performance KPIs, attribution models, and the full marketing funnel – you know which numbers matter and how to turn them into actionable strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments for campaign optimization
  • Excellent handling of large data sets and common web analytics tools (e.g., Omniture)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for complex data analysis and modeling
  • Ideally, knowledge of Python and R for data extraction and processing
  • Strong analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, and the ability to structure, interpret, and translate complex topics into actionable recommendations
  • High level of initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to celebrate success together
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben

  • You combine deep data analysis with active performance optimization to not only understand our campaigns but also shape and maximize them.
  • You operate at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology to enhance the PAYBACK experience for millions of users and provide optimal support to our partners.
  • You are responsible for the continuous performance optimization of our digital multi-partner campaigns.
  • This includes analyzing campaign and channel performance across all touchpoints (app, web, mobile push, newsletter, programmatic, social media) and proactively managing and optimizing measures throughout the entire marketing funnel.
  • You design and implement innovative measurement models and define relevant KPIs to evaluate the cross-channel success of our campaigns and uncover new optimization potential.
  • You also define precise audience segmentations and develop data-driven targeting strategies.
  • You actively contribute your expertise to the development of communication strategies and concepts for our campaigns.
  • You present your insights proactively in decision-relevant formats and play a key role in the strategic development of our digital marketing activities.
