Dein Profil
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in software/AI-driven environments, with solid grounding in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Familiarity with key AI use cases including NLP, conversational AI, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems
- Practical experience with ML frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS), and MLOps toolchains
- Technical proficiency with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and data platforms
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, AI-powered solutions
- Awareness of AI compliance and ethical considerations, including transparency, fairness, and data privacy
- A hands-on, technically fluent mindset capable of bridging deep tech with strategic product delivery
- A preference for intellectually focused, structured environments and a collaborative approach to building production-ready solutions
- A genuine passion for innovation and emerging technologies, balanced by a pragmatic, user-centered development mindset.
Deine Aufgaben
- Lead, define, and align the technical product roadmap, acting as a counterpart to our business Product Owners, AI strategic leads, and other key stakeholders.
- Define & Align Technical Roadmap – Act as a counterpart to Product Owners, AI strategic leads, and key stakeholders to shape the platform’s direction.
- Pioneer Infrastructure & Tooling – Own critical epics like conversation monitoring, performance telemetry, and experimentation frameworks to drive platform enhancement.
- Enable Scalable Agentic AI Systems – Ensure technical readiness and provide infrastructure for autonomous decision-making, adaptive learning, and robust feedback loops.
- Embed Security-First & Responsible AI Practices – Champion resilient, auditable, and ethically grounded AI systems with a strong risk-awareness mindset.
- Drive Engineering & Quality Excellence – Advocate for best practices, enforce standards, and foster a culture of continual improvement.
- Support Technical Innovation & Exploration – Push platform boundaries through early adoption of emerging AI paradigms and technologies.
- Ensure Architectural & PTU Alignment – Manage Microsoft PTU integration and align deliverables with George-wide engineering principles.
